These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from PR Collections. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Orders and payment
- All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout, processed securely by WooPayments (Stripe).
- We may cancel and refund an order if a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable — we will contact you if this happens.
Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are provided by the postal carrier and are not guaranteed.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Products
We do our best to display our jewellery accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen. Minor variations are a natural part of handmade and small-batch pieces and are not considered faults.
Your privacy
Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
